Purdue University was founded in 1869 by businessman, John Purdue. The University has a scenic campus in the heart of West Layfayette, IN. Delta Fountains teamed up with Rundell Ernstberger Associates to create a tranquil courtyard water feature for the students.
The design called for a semi-triangular pond cut into a small courtyard. To add accents to the small pond, three Sheer Descent Bars and LED lights were added. Each bar is hidden inside small, raised concrete walls on the points of the triangle. Beneath the bars, waterproof LED lights were placed to illuminate the water sheets at night.
