Laterra Links at World Golf Village

Laterra Links is a luxury condominium community located within the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, FL. The community runs along the King & Bear golf course. The area is surrounded by almost 3,000 acres of forest, 44 percent of which is dedicated to wildlife preservation. The neighborhood is known for their resort-style landscape and architectural fountains and water features.

Laterra Links Fountain Renovation

Delta Fountains was contracted as part of an effort to renovate an architectural fountain roundabout within the Laterra Links community. The fountain components were deteriorating, and the community association wanted a more modern bowl design with updated lighting effects.

As part of the redesign, Delta’s team furnished the fountain with new aerating foam jet nozzles, a geyser nozzle, adjustable freestanding fountain lights, and a new low profile vault and hatch. The components were poured into place while the installation team replaced the original bowl feature within the pool with a more modern design. The Laterra Links community was also given control of the fountain lighting during this process, so they can adjust the colors that illuminate the jet streams as desired.
