A Spray Ring quite literally creates circular patterns of water, but these manifolds can be fabricated into other shapes, such as ovals, or ellipses. They also have the ability to create a variety of different types of effects, by incorporating either fixed or adjustable nozzles, which can be fan jets, smooth bore, v jets and other orifices. Smooth bore nozzles are the most commonly applied, for these features. For durability, Delta Fountains fabricates the main headers from stainless steel, but they can be powder-coated if desired. The assemblies are water level independent, have fair wind resistance, and good visibility.
All of our rings are custom-fabricated, which allows us to engineer each unit to the application, relative to volume, wind resistance and other variables. In areas where temperatures may cause ponds to freeze, the rings can be removed, or even weighted below the surface, in order to eliminate damage from frozen water.
Spray rings can be applied to both floating and stationary features, and have a tremendous range of sizes. For similar linear display, visit our Spray Bars and Headers product page for more information.
