The Legacy Memorial’s negative edge water feature helps to create an atmosphere of solemn, quiet, reflection. Visitors to this serene site have the opportunity to acknowledge, and commemorate the the lives of those lost during this terrible time in American history.
Negative edge water feature that drains to a remote reservoir for the water to be filtered, treated and circulated into the system. Comprised of a subterranean equipment vault and 3 sump pumps to circulate the fountain’s water. The system is winterized in colder months to prevent any freeze damage to the system.
